Country Squire Homes Association was chartered in the late 1970s, and home construction continued through the early 1980s. Our townhomes consist of two, three and four unit homes with ground level and two two-story units individually owned.

Beginning in 2017, Country Squire under went a major renovation. Most units were roofed, in addition to repainting and concrete replacement on numerous properties.

The association strives to provide property management services to the residents at a reasonable cost per month.

Current association fees are $200 a month. These may be dropped placed in the mailbox on the porch at 1309 N. 43rd, bank draft, or mailed.

The association is comprised of the owners of the 94 units with each unit having one vote.  The association is governed by a volunteer nine member board of directors. Our board members are guided by the covenants and bylaws of our association which set guidelines and restrictions on property owners.

It is imperative that owners know the covenants, bylaws and rules and regulations to understand the obligations of both owners and the association.

Each unit owner is responsible for property insurance.

Any questions should be addressed to the board for clarification.

Board meetings are monthly, typically on the second Monday of the month, at 6 p.m. at the clubhouse. Meetings maybe rescheduled or canceled due to the availability of board members.
