COUNTRY SQUIRE HOMES ASSOCIATION

Country Squire Homes were chartered in the late 70's and home construction continued through the early 80's. Our townhomes consist of two, three and four unit homes with ground level and two two-story units individually owned.

Beginning in 2017 Country Squire under went a major renovation. Most of the units were roofed in addition to repainting and concrete replacement on numerous properties.
​
The Association strives to provide property management services to the residents at a reasonable cost per month.
​
The Association is comprised of the owners of the 94 units with each unit having one vote. The Association is governed by a volunteer nine member Board of Directors. Our Directors are guided by the covenants and bylaws of our Association which set guidelines and restrictions on property owners. KNOWLEDGE OF COVENANTS AND BYLAWS BY OWNERS IS IMPERATIVE TO PREVENT MISUNDERSTANDINGS.

Each unit owner is responsible for property insurance.

Any questions should be addressed to the Board for clarification.
​
Board meetings are generally held once a month on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM. Meetings maybe rescheduled or canceled due to the availability of members of the Board of Directors.
