Our association is governed by a volunteer board of directors and a set of covenants and bylaws.
Owners and residents are required to follow the covenants and bylaws, as well as the association's rules and regulations. They are summarized in our handy residents guide — helpful for residents, prospective residents and real-estate agents.
In those, you'll find what the required monthly maintenance fees cover, as well as what the HOA maintains, what owners maintain and what costs are planned and shared.

2026 meetings & minutes
The 94 homes in the association are governed by covenants and bylaws, and rules and regulations, with a volunteer board of directors that meets monthly at the clubhouse.
We encourage feedback from our residents, and we welcome volunteers to help make our neighborhood even better.
Minutes are posted for download after board approval at the subsequent meeting. All are available here, or copies for the previous meeting are in the clubhouse mailbox.
