The board reviews requests for repairs and external maintenance at each monthly meeting. It evaluates them by urgency, by our ongoing maintenance schedule and within our limited funds for maintenance.
Blank work-order request forms are available at the website and at the clubhouse mailbox, by the bulletin board. Please complete the form fully, with your full contact information.
If your repair is approved, we will notify you when our maintenance team or the contractor will schedule the work.
