Clubhouse
The clubhouse, with two large rooms and kitchen facilities, provides space for family gatherings, social groups and meetings for owners and their guests.
Owners may reserve the clubhouse for social, not commercial functions, at no cost, but with a $50 cleaning deposit paid in advance.
Clubhouse rules and restrictions are available by request, and they're posted inside the clubhouse kitchen.
Pool
The pool is generally open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is open only to owners, who must accompany all guests at all times.
There is no admission charge, with no reservations, and it is has no lifeguard.
It offers umbrellas, tables and chairs on the concrete patio surrounding the pool. It's enclosed by a fence, with key-fob access for owners and guests only.
No pets are allowed in or around the pool area.
Maintenance fees
Included in monthly maintenance fees are lawn mowing, landscape services, snow removal and contracted trash pickup.
The association also provides all exterior maintenance on units, which include roof, exterior walls, sidewalks and driveways. Windows and doors are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Modifications to properties are allowed, pending approval from the board of directors.
