COUNTRY SQUIRE HOMES ASSOCIATION is comprised of 94 individually owned homes in two-, three- or four-unit groupings in St. Joseph, Missouri, just northeast of Interstate 29 and Fredrick Boulevard. The association operates a clubhouse and pool, and monthly maintenance fees include lawn care, snow removal, trash removal and outside maintenance, including roof maintenance.

THE POOL attached to the clubhouse provides great entertainment and relaxation for members and their guests.
